About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee our admissions department. You will be responsible for guiding a team of counsellors, optimizing conversion strategies, and ensuring the team meets its monthly enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Admission Counsellors to achieve collective goals. Performance Tracking: Monitor team productivity, lead conversion rates, and call quality. Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and counseling strategies to improve the admission funnel. Reporting: Provide regular reports on team performance and market trends to senior management. Conflict Resolution: Handle complex student queries and escalations professionally.
Requirements
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills.
- Attitude: Result-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
