Key Responsibilities Student Counseling: Guide prospective students and parents through the various courses and career pathways offered. Lead Management: Efficiently manage and follow up on leads via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. Conversion: Drive the full enrollment cycle from initial inquiry to final admission. Mentorship: Assist junior counsellors with best practices and closing techniques. Compliance: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and documentation in the CRM.
