Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their career goals, and assisting them in selecting suitable programs offered by the organization. Key Responsibilities: As a Admission Counselor, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing expert guidance through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings. Your role involves delivering comprehensive information regarding courses, university eligibility, fees, and admission procedures to help candidates make informed decisions. You will be responsible for managing the full enrollment funnel from following up with leads and resolving objections to converting inquiries into successful admissions. By maintaining meticulous records within the CRM, you will track student interactions to ensure all monthly admission targets are met and exceeded. Additionally, you will facilitate the end-to-end application process by assisting students with documentation and coordinating directly with universities and internal departments. To further drive growth, you will also represent the organization during promotional activities, webinars, and educational events.
